Tiered Response System Overhaul

Marsh gained experience in concert with a local fire department and private ambulance company to implement an EMS tiered response during covid medical surge. This was a collaborative effort made with multiple stake holders within allied agencies to produce a response matrix based on acuity and scarce ambulance resources.
